Shadow Minister for Sport, Danny O’Brien and Liberal Candidate for Carrum, Donna Bauer, today announced local sporting clubs across the Carrum district will share in $425,000 to assist sporting groups with uniforms, equipment, improvements to their clubrooms, or programs to reach out to more kids in the Carrum community.
Nineteen local sporting clubs across Carrum will benefit from funding to undertake minor upgrades under an elected Liberal Nationals Government, as follows:

- Bonbeach St Chads Baseball Club
- Bonbeach Cricket Club
- Carrum Downs Junior Football Club
- Carrum Downs Cricket Club
- Carrum Downs Tennis Club
- Frankston Australian Clay Target Club
- Kananook Tennis Club
- Patterson Lakes Tennis Club
- Patterson Lakes Gymnastics Club
- Seaford Football Netball Club
- Seaford Cricket Club
- Skye Football Club
- Skye United Football Club
- Skye Cricket Club
- Dragons Abreast Patterson Lakes Pink Lotus Dragon Boat Club
- Patterson Lakes Canoe Club
- Peninsula Dragonflies Dragon Boat Club
Donna Bauer, Carrum local and Liberal candidate has already announced a $4 million dollar commitment to local sport, with $4 million towards an $8 million upgrade of Roy Dore Reserve, home to the Carrum Patterson Lakes Football and Netball Clubs and a new tennis court and clubroom upgrades for the Long Beach Tennis Club. Carrum Bowls Club will also receive a $150,000 grant to upgrade their clubrooms, under a Liberal Nationals Government.
